Why I support founders today.
I have built a lot in my career: teams, departments, country organisations and my own companies. One lesson stands out. At the start, the idea is rarely the problem. The problem is the open questions nobody asks in time, and the pressure of having to answer them alone.
I helped international companies enter the German market and know how different Germany can feel from the outside: the order of the paperwork, the way banks read a plan, the unwritten rules of doing business here. That is exactly the knowledge international founders need, and rarely get in their own language.
Every venture is different, from a craft business to an app, and I learn something from each one.
