How we handle your data.
This is a convenience translation. The German privacy policy prevails.
1. Controller
The controller responsible for processing personal data on this website under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) is:

2. Overview
We process personal data only as far as necessary to operate this website, handle your requests and provide our services. Fonts are loaded from our own server. No analytics, tracking or marketing services, social media plugins or embedded videos are used on this website.
3. Hosting (Cloudflare)
This website is delivered via Cloudflare Pages (Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA). When you visit, Cloudflare processes technically necessary data such as your IP address, date and time, requested address, referrer, browser and operating system to deliver the website and protect it against attacks. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR; our legitimate interest is a secure and stable website.
Cloudflare processes this data as our processor under a data processing agreement (Art. 28 GDPR). Processing in the USA is possible. Cloudflare, Inc. is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework; transfers rely on the European Commission's adequacy decision (Art. 45 GDPR). We do not store server log files ourselves.
To choose the language when you open our root address, our server reads your browser's language setting and the country code determined by Cloudflare. This information is used only for the redirect and is not stored.
4. Cookies
We set one cookie only: mwci_lang. It is set only when you switch the language yourself, stores only "de" or "en" and is valid for twelve months. It is strictly necessary for the service you requested (§ 25(2) no. 2 TDDDG).
5. Contact form, booking request and email
When you contact us via a form or email, we process your details (such as name, email address, phone number, message, preferred times and time zone) to handle your request. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual steps) or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (general enquiries).
Form messages are delivered to our mailbox by the email service Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, Paris, France), acting as our processor under Art. 28 GDPR. The data is processed in the EU.
To prevent abuse we use a hidden field and a timing check. To limit requests we briefly store (for at most ten minutes) a non-reversible hash, never your IP address in plain text.
We delete requests once they have been dealt with, unless statutory retention obligations apply.
6. Founders Lab applications
For applications we process the information in the form and, if uploaded, your pitch deck (PDF), stored in Cloudflare R2 and used only to review your application. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR. If we do not work together, we delete your documents no later than six months after the review.
7. Links to other websites
Our press page links to articles in external media. The privacy policy of the respective website only applies once you follow a link.
8. Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection (Art. 15–21 GDPR). You can withdraw consent at any time with effect for the future. Simply write to kontakt@michaelwildcoaching.de.
You may also lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR). The authority responsible for us is the Bavarian Data Protection Authority (Bayerisches Landesamt für Datenschutzaufsicht, BayLDA), Promenade 18, 91522 Ansbach, Germany.
